One weight training session per week?
Does anyone have positive experience with doing a single weight training session per week for both strength and some physique gains? Between my running and climbing it looks like it will be hard to fit more than one session in but I do want to make some strength gains, and look good.
If it helps my main goal is to gain strength for bouldering (rock climbing) so I am looking for a full body workout. I am thinking to base the workout around bench press and deadlift, with auxiliary compound lifts to fill in any missing groups and focus on others (Lats and shoulders would be the biggest focus with the sport and my needs).
Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance
