White noise

It's the sound that is there but you never hear, unless you're paying attention that is. It surrounds our lives everyday. The autonomous actions we perform daily are really programmed directions. White noise surrounds us, yet many won't hear it. I call white noise all the thoughts that run through your head every second without consciously thinking about them. The hardest thing to do is clear your thoughts at will. When you finally do, the noise stops. Meditation helps accomplish this seemingly impossible task. White noise misdirects, confuses thoughts, clouds the mind and certainly keeps the mainstream in a group some have labeled "sheeple".

There was a time I was forced to take a "break" from life. In that time, I read numerous books and taught myself to meditate. Breathing is important, slowing your heartbeat to the point of complete relaxation. Everything stops. No noise. No confusion. Clear, awake and very alive. I learned the most important things in life are the intangibles. Self confidence, trust, love, responsibility, relationships, honesty, forgiveness.

White noise is built in from the day we are born. Nobody notices it but it's there. Listen, it's all around you. Don't live your life in a "prison". Break free from the madness by clearing your thoughts. Amazing things happen with a clear mind, it's magic. It takes practice but it is definitely worth the effort. The ability to be decisive is a blessing most will never experience. The few that can know exactly what I am talking about!
