Second Shiso syrup production
We thought about writing our second production ..... but time pasts so quick! It is already last month 😅
We received another large batch of Shiso leaves from a local organic farm Erntemich in Leipzig region.
Since we learned a lot from our first Shiso syrup production at scale in August, we improved our production process and introduced a bottling machine this time.
It was away away away quicker than last time and we were not about to burn our hands or spill syrup ... Hooray for technology!
However there are troubles every time. 30 bottle caps were missing ... Luckily we could ask for other kitchen resident to give us some.
Overall, it was a productive day with a result of another 100+ bottles of Shiso Syrup.
We will have one more small batch of production and focus on sales.
