Belgrade Park

Topčider Park, one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Belgrade. Kalemegdan is the biggest, but I will write about Kalemegdan in another chapter.
Today I introduce you to Topcider Park. The park is located under the largest forest in Belgrade, Košutnjak, that is, the park is at the foot of Košutnjak. It is located on the border of 3 elite parts of Belgrade: Senjak, Banovo brdo and Dedinje.

The park was arranged by Prince Miloš, so the Konak of Princess Ljubica, who was the wife of Prince Miloš, is also located in the park. There is also the oldest plane tree in Europe, which I have already written about. The Topčiderska river also flows through the park, which makes the nature even more beautiful. The river overflowed a long time ago and created mini swamps with fish, turtles, frogs, and water lilies. The entire park has wide paths along which horse-drawn carriage rides are organized on weekends. That means of transport are carriages. The park is beautifully decorated with floral parts, but there are also many monuments to famous artists, writers, and rulers from Serbian history.
