A lovely day to all my friends and community just like my day... even if some of us are feeling a bit under the weather. I saw a photo of someone I know who is currently battling a cold, and I was immediately inspired to draw and capture that moment in a positive way. There is something so human about the way we seek out comfort when we aren't feeling our ok

I'm submitting this to the SketchQuest January drawing contest of Hive account@quatro. I think that bunny plushie is one of the reasons why I captured this moment on my doodle. Have you ever noticed how some people find so much peace in a simple plushie when they are sick or alone? The plushie is like a helping hand to hold onto when you're feeling down. That little bunny represents the warmth and security we all need to make our feelings better and finding our balance again. Like even when we are alone in our room with a cold, we can find a small way to feel a little bit better.

Let's all remember to reach out to those who might be feeling sick today with a little kindness and warmth. A little bit of comfort goes a long way.
