Draw This In Your Style Challenge, Winged Wanderer

Hello dtiys community and friends,

This is my entry to the the Draw This In Your Style Challenge by our friend @allyson19

My drawing is a little girl wearing the same cockroach 🪳 inspired outfit as seen on the reference drawing of allyson. I made mine in a walking posture to give that motion feel to it.

This line drawing does not look promising and I almost gave up at this point

With a few tweaks I managed to get that shape of the head right and the proportion of it in relation to the hair not to mention the struggle drawing the goggles as it is angled to the left

Here I was trying different colors for the character and its background

I can go plain and calm or go to town with my boldest colors. It is not easy for me deciding on colors it is more of being lucky as the reference drawing didn’t have colors other than black and white . It was fun and challenging I am not complaining hope you like it
