My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2026

I almost rushed through my morning today... and I'm glad I didn't.

The alarm went off, and my first thought was to skip the usual routine because there were already a dozen things waiting for me. Instead, I promised myself I'd just step outside for a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into a peaceful morning walk, followed by some light jogging and a handful of exercises. By the time I finished, I felt more awake than any cup of coffee could've managed.

The rest of the day was filled with the usual mix of work and daily activities, but I kept sneaking in little walks whenever I had the chance. A short stroll after lunch helped clear my head, and another after dinner became the perfect way to slow the day down before heading home.

When I checked my tracker before bed, I was sitting at 16k steps.

It's funny how often we think we don't have time to move, when in reality, moving gives us the energy to handle everything else a little better. Sometimes the hardest part is simply choosing to begin.
