My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2026

Five days left. Not that I’m counting… okay, I’m definitely counting 😄

This morning felt surprisingly normal for Day 25. A few weeks ago, I thought I’d be dragging myself through the final stretch, but the routine has settled in more than I expected. Started the day with a walk, mixed in some light jogging, and finished with a few exercises before getting on with the rest of the day.

The usual post-lunch and post-dinner walks helped keep the momentum going. Nothing long, just enough to stretch the legs and clear my head. Add in the regular daily activities, and the steps kept ticking upward without much effort.

By bedtime, I was sitting at 12k steps.

What’s interesting is that the challenge doesn’t feel like the challenge anymore. The real challenge was the first few days. Now it’s mostly about protecting the habits that got me here.

When you get close to finishing a goal, do you push harder toward the end or just stay steady and finish strong?
