In which aspects of your life you are grateful for not being 100% in control?
Hello Ladies, this is my first contest entry.

In 2022, I started working at this new job. While working there, I met this woman. She was older than me and gay. I was into girls, but I never had a girlfriend. We became friends, and we got close and ended up being together. In the short time we spent together, it felt like years. I was not in control of my life because she was going through some stuff, and I should have set boundaries. I ended up falling in love with a girl who sees her future with someone else; after we broke up, she emotionally tortured me. I was heartbroken and betrayed; I had never felt so much pain in my life before.

I had learned to move on, and because of that situation, I was able to learn a lot. I knew most people dealt with pain a different way; drink or drugs were most common. I was not into either, so I found art. Art was my therapy; art healed my broken heart. Art made me find my partner, my passion. Before that situation happened, I had never thought of my future. Now, I'm building a company with my partner, my best friend. If this did not happen, I would still be with my mom, just going with the flow.
