The Feline Feud

Lucas? The cutest of all but the most jealous cat I have ever seen. Have you seen Lucas get jealous because you ignored him? You’d be stunned by how it can move from being an angel to throwing tantrums.

Lucas is fierce and very dramatic, he wears his feelings like a sleeve making it difficult to miss a thing.

Lucas was our only cat before my mum got Jet and ever since then, Lucas has made Jet his sworn enemy.

We all try to give both of them the same attention but Lucas never fails to make us feel guilty. He always feels like Jet gets all the attention and his facial expression does a great job in making us feel like we're doing something wrong.

Lucas never fails to defend his territory by going head-to-head with Jet whenever he crosses the line and they both get at it again and again not stopping until they are both exhausted.

Jet is about to give birth and we are worried about Lucas’s reaction when he sees Jet’s little kittens running around the house. Will he be hostile towards them like he always is with Jet, or will he love and adore them? I guess we’ll never know until it happens, right?

Right now we can only pray that Lucas doesn’t lose it when he sees that his territory hasn’t only been invaded by one enemy but a handful of intruders, fingers crossed guys, I am optimistic that Lucas will be a sweetheart.

All I can see in this picture is a cute cat enjoying the time of his life.
