State Rep Mike Noel is a racist
The image shown is in an article in the Salt Lake City Tribune along with a quote about 'circling the wagons', describing a technique supposedly used by white settlers when under attack by native americans. His critics were led by members of the Navajo nation, descendants of those same native americans. He wanted to name a highway after donald trump as a thank you for opening up national park lands to development. In the picture you can see him looking very pleased with his 'joke', along with his fellow politicians.
