Today I decided to dust off my books 📚 and 🫧 clean 🫧 🧹 the shelves and my desk (I should do this a little more often), and by the time I finished cleaning, I had placed all my university guides, most of which were complete texts, because even though sometimes it wasn't necessary to read the entire text for a class or discussion, I would go to the institution's photocopying and reproduction center and request the entire text.

Although it was a little more expensive, in the end we always ended up reading the texts in their entirety, and to save myself several trips to the reproduction center, I did it that way.

I still have all those texts, and while I was rearranging them on the shelf, I felt like rereading some of them. Although I didn't know which ones, I let my spirit choose one, or rather two, by the same author and the same type of text.

Both are on medieval philosophy (Christian philosophy) by Etienne Gilson. So today I will begin to recover a little of that reading. Did you know this author?

And as you can see, I took some random photos of the guides while I was looking through them and rearranging them on the shelf. I hope to write some essays soon as a result of these readings.

Recobrando lecturas

Hoy me dispuse a quitarle el polvo a mis libros 📚 y 🫧 limpiar 🫧 🧹 los estantes y mi escritorio (debo hacerlo un poco más seguido) y para cuando culminé la jornada de limpieza, coloqué todas mis guías universitarias, en su mayoría textos completos porque aunque a veces no era que se debía leer todo el texto para alguna clase o discusión yo iba al centro de fotocopiado y reproducción de la institución y solicitaba el texto entero.

Aunque era un poco más costoso, al final siempre terminamos leyendo los textos en su totalidad y para ahorrarme varias visitas al centro de reproducción, lo hacía de ese modo.

Aún mantengo todos esos textos, y mientras los reordenada en el estante me provocó releer alguno, aunque no sabía cuál dejé que mi espíritu se inclinase por uno, terminaron siendo dos, del mismo autor y el mismo tipo de texto.

Ambos sobre filosofía medieval (filosofía cristiana) de Etienne Gilson. Así que comenzaré hoy mismo con el recobrar un poco de esa lectura. ¿Conocías a este autor?
