잔치국수
점심에 먹은 잔치국수.
멸치와 황태 대가리로 우려낸 깊은 국물에 따로 볶아놓은 양파와 당근, 애호박, 김치를 올려 완성. 알맞게 익은 열무김치와 함께 한 그릇 뚝딱! 내가 만든 건 아니고, 대표님의 누님께서 근처로 이사를 하셔서 종종 정성스런 손맛을 보여주신다. 항상 가족처럼 직원들을 챙기시며 살찌워주시는 누님께 감사하며.
