Bored is good
Today is a rainy day in Surabaya, and as mentioned by BMKG, it says that there will be extreme weather changes during this transition from the rainy season to the summer. My son is an active boy who likes to play outdoors. Unfortunately, it rains hard until now. He waits for the rain to pass. We try some indoor activities by using his favorite toys. He suggested playing as an airport and putting some airplanes and other vehicles.
I’ve ever heard in a study that a child should have at least 3 hours of physical activity while it rains outside, so we can’t do it outdoors, so I try some games to release his boredom. 2 hours have passed, and I need to take a poop, so I leave him playing alone. Then he knocked on the bathroom door and told me that he had made a little person from screws, batteries, and a magnet, and then I praised him for his creativity and asked him to make more items. See, sometimes being bored is good; you can grow your creativity using limited things.
