Hace una semana exacta estuve de cumpleaños y definitivamente uno va cambiando de perspectiva 🤣 ya no le das importancia a algunas cosas como irte de fiestas y celebrar, sino das gracias a Dios porque estes bien y te siga dando Salud y Vida.

Sin embargo ne reuni con amigos recibi muchos regalitos de gente querida, y les cuento que rompi la dieta ya que les he contado que he venido con problemas estomacales y estaba pendiente hacerme una gastroscopia y una colonoscopia, sin embargo el dia del cumpleaños mis amigos me invitaron a comer y me regalaron una torta y como no puedo comer carne ni ensaladas crudas, pedí una hamburguesa de pollo sin tomate ni lechuga y hasta me tome una cerveza para brindar y me cayó genial.

Ese dia de cumple trabajé y me fui de compras con una compañera de trabajo fuimos por un helado de yogurt y me autoregale algunas cositas, solo me falta ir a correr con mi nueva edad,estoy segura que sera un exito.
