techniques of time: rock

the wonders of nature never cease to amaze me and the beauty is often far more accessible than many realize. you just need to take the time to focus on detail. this series is from on a walk along the nearby rocky shore of Hummerbakken. i began at a brisk pace to get reach the sea but as i had to watch where i stepped i began noticing the variety of fine detail under my feet. i stopped up and took these shots in about 20 minutes in an area of no more than a few hundred square meters

this last one reminds me of something familiar but i can't seem to put my finger on it

i took these shots with my S22 phone. a few have been edited but most are unaltered in any way. i took a lot of photos and may post more later.
