Introductory Post - Enyitee

Hi everyone, that comes across this post, My name is Tessa and this is my first post on Hive.

So, what am I? I am, a lot of things. I can’t pick, so I’ll tell you my favorites; I have been modeling since 2019 though not professionally until last year.

I am a stylist and an aspiring fashion designer! I love to write, though not particularly to show people but just to write. To tell you guys truth (which doesn’t matter but goes to explain the truth), I was a little anxious about writing this post because this is the first time I’m going to be writing to an audience, directly. But oh well, I made the post and you’re reading it right now😁

@deraaa told me about Hive a few years ago, I told her I was interested, and we would find time to talk about it in-depth but that didn’t happen. She would bring it up whenever we would see but I just wasn’t ready - (Orrrrr I was procrastinating) whichever. We met recently and she spoke about it again and I was like why the fuck not lol sooo… here I am.

I’m not really a writer; I’m more interested in other things like; photography, fashion designing, styling and traveling, I love traveling so much but it’s expensive lol. Anyways, I’ve watched @deraaa grow on Hive and I think it’s truly admirable. I’ve read a number of her posts and I think she’s doing really good with expressing herself. I do know though, she’s always been a writer and she’s always wanted to be better at it. She told me that Hive challenged her to do better and be better and hopes the same for me. I do too.

So like I have mentioned before, twice actually, I’m not a writer but @deraaa mentioned there are communities here for photography, fashion and food so I plan to make the most of it. When it comes to pictures, I can express myself. Pictures tell stories, each shot, click and zoom of the camera captures more than a thousand words. If I want to tell a story, I do it through pictures.

Whatever expectations I have is tailored towards me as a person. I look forward to understanding and learning about hive and experiencing this community everyone here has formed. I believe it is a wonderful opportunity and experience.
