"Día de estaticos" [ESP-ENG]
Hola comunidad de #HC, el día de hoy estuve realizando algunos estáticos
Realizamos paradas de manos, straddles, y progresiones de front para mejorar la postura y poder sacarlo. La verdad nos enfocamos en los ejercicios más comunes de estáticos, estamos buscando tener una mejor postura y para ello tenemos primero que quemar un ejercicio con mala postura, logrando así sacar más tiempo de aguante en tensión, pudiendo así mejorarlo y durarlo.
Un ejemplo de esto: Si duras una straddle con mala postura 15 segundos, al limpiar la postura durarás menos digamos que unos 8 segundos, pero tendrás mejor postura y se apreciará mucho más el movimiento. Este post se trata simplemente de eso, intentar decirle a las personas que si están limpiando un estático y lo duran menos es normal, solo hay que tener paciencia.

We performed handstands, straddles, and front progressions to improve posture and get it out. The truth is we focused on the most common static exercises, we are looking to have a better posture and for that we have to first burn an exercise with bad posture, thus getting more time out of holding in tension, thus being able to improve it and last it.
An example of this: If you last a straddle with bad posture 15 seconds, when you clean the posture you will last less let's say about 8 seconds, but you will have better posture and the movement will be much more appreciated. This post is simply about that, trying to tell people that if they are cleaning a static and they last less is normal, you just have to be patient.
