PREPARACIÓN PARA LA CIRUGÍA

PREPARATION FOR SURGERY

On Wednesday, April 13, at seven in the morning, we were already at the Fundación Lala pediatric center for my son's surgery.

Y comenzaron los nervios es mi hijo primera vez que lo operan, y bueno primeramente nos pasaron a mi hijo y a mi en una sala de observación para prepararlo, habían otros niños que también los iban a operar. Luego el doctor indico que le dieran a tomar a mi bebé un juguito el cual lo iba hacer sentir un poco mareado y relajado para poder colocarle su catéter.

And the nerves began, it's my son's first time he's had an operation, and well, first they put my son and me in an observation room to prepare him, there were other children who were also going to operate on them. Then the doctor indicated that they give my baby a little toy to drink which would make him feel a little dizzy and relaxed so that he could place his catheter.

Ya se siente mareado con el juguito que indico el doctor para relajarlo.

He already feels dizzy with the little toy that the doctor indicated to relax him.

La Doctora lo está revisando.

The doctor is checking it out.

Le colocaron su catéter, ya listo para entrar al quirófano.

His catheter was placed, ready to enter the operating room.

El medico indico que lo nebulizaran ya que había tenido gripe antes de la operación, es para prevenir.

The doctor indicated that they nebulize him since he had had the flu before the operation, it is to prevent.

AQUI YA SE LO LLEVAN A QUIRÓFANO

Se lo lleva la enfermera al quirófano.

The nurse takes him to the operating room.

Cirugía ya realizada.

La cirugía comenzó como a las 7:55 am hasta las 10:00 am, fue una cirugía ambulatoria, al salir del quirófano lo dejaron en observación, al despertar las enfermeras me llamaron que pasara a estar con el, estaba llorando y llamándome y tenía mucho frío, estaba nervioso, quería que lo cargará y me decía que le dolía, hasta que se calmó y se quedó dormido.

The surgery began around 7:55 am until 10:00 am, it was an outpatient surgery, when he left the operating room they left him under observation, when he woke up the nurses called me to come and be with him, he was crying and calling me and he had very cold, he was nervous, he wanted me to carry him and he told me it hurt, until he calmed down and fell asleep.

Tratamiento Médico

Medical Treatment

El médico le indico su tratamiento diclofenac, antibióticos, crema para calmar el dolor, aparte me indico que podía limpiarlo con agua de manzanilla.

The doctor indicated his diclofenac treatment, antibiotics, cream to calm the pain, apart from that he indicated that I could clean it with chamomile water.

YA EN CASA

HOME ALREADY

Ya en casa con mi bebé con todo su tratamiento ya más relajado y seguro, quiere caminar, jugar pero cuidándolo y dándole mucho amor y consintiendolo y el aprovechando el momento.

Already at home with my baby with all his treatment now more relaxed and safe, he wants to walk, play but taking care of him and giving him a lot of love and pampering him and taking advantage of the moment.
