[En-Es] Ant-hunting spiders

I found a very small spider and got several surprises.

First, because it was so tiny. It actually measured about 4 millimeters.

Then, I was struck by the golden color of her abdomen, as I observed while following her with the camera as she walked across a flannel and blue cloth.

Después me llamó la atención lo dorado de su abdomen, como pude constatar mientras la seguía con la cámara y ella caminaba sobre una franela y una tela azul.

When I was trying to take decent photos of her, she ran into an ant. I thought it was going to attack her, but to my surprise, the spider attacked the ant, partially immobilizing it with a strand of its web.

Cuando yo intentaba tomarle fotos decentes ella se encontró con una hormiga. Crei que esta la iba a atacar pero, para mi sorpresa, la araña atacó a la hormiga inmovilizadola parcialmente con un hilo de su telaraña.

Searching for identification I found an article by @abneagro, who defines it as belonging to the subfamily hadrotarsinae, that is, the family of spiders that feed on ants.

Buscando la identificación encontré un artículo de @abneagro, quien la define como perteneciente a la subfamilia hadrotarsinae, es decir,la familia de las arañas que se alimentan de hormigas.

They catch their prey by throwing a sticky thread and then drag it with their two hind legs.

Ellas atrapan su presa lanzandoles un hilo pegajoso y después la arrastran con sus dos patas posteriores.

It belongs to the Theridiidae family, characterized by making webs with a disordered shape and not nets like those of other species.

Pertenece a la familia Theridiidae, caracterizada por hacer telas con forma desordenada y no redes como las de otras especies.

According to what I read in the article, there is a silver stripe between the black and gold portions of the abdomen.

Según leí en el artículo, entre la porción negra y la dorada del abdomen tienen una franja. plateada.

This beautiful creature plays an important role in controlling ant populations. This is the first time I've encountered it, and I regret not having taken better photos.
