A beautiful azalea bush.

I was visiting a friend, and she gave me a short tour of her garden and yard. She showed me a new bloom among the flowers and bushes—a beautiful azalea bush.

We love to give each other garden tours when the kids visit, showing off our flowers and the beauty of our yard.

Azaleas are beautiful bushes, but they're not easy to grow. They're quite picky. They enjoy watering, but don't like too much water, which can lead to stagnant water. They prefer damp soil. They don't like being watered from above, or if water splashes on their leaves and flowers, especially on a sunny day. Water splashing on the flower or leaves, combined with direct hot sunlight, is harmful to the plant. This effect can scorch the plant. Generally, all flowers, bushes, trees, and other plants prefer to be watered at the roots. Plants seek water through their roots. Therefore, there's no need to water them on the foliage.

Although there are some houseplants that love baths. I put the pots in the bathtub and water them with a spray called "rain." This refreshes the plants, which don't often get a breath of fresh air if you don't ventilate the house, and it also helps wash dust off the leaves.
Azalea is a beautiful bush. I really like it.
