The Rain Wasn't the Worst Thing That Happened That Night | ZapFicMonday
His hands were searching through his pockets. Water was still dripping from his head and clothes. Lightning occasionally lit up the night. The heavy rain showed no sign of letting up that night.
He remembers clearly that the door key was still in his right pocket before he slipped and fell into the puddle in front of the bus stop earlier.
