The Magic Mirror | SMARP 282
You know the story of Alice in Wonderland, right?
It’s the story of a little girl named Alice who falls down a rabbit hole and ends up in a magical world.
What if we could also enter a magical world through a mirror?
Just imagine: you step into a parallel world inside the mirror. Then you can emerge anywhere in this world as long as there’s a mirror reflecting the surroundings.
That’s what I imagined when I took these reflection photos on my car’s windshield. I took these photos while visiting my wife’s hometown last weekend.
It reminded me of Doraemon’s magic door that can take us wherever we want to go. It’s not a magic door that I’m imagining, but rather an object that reflects its surroundings—one that could transform into a portal connecting many places.
If that were to actually happen, where would be the first place you’d want to go after stepping inside the mirror?
