Walking along Carlos III Avenue. My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2025

Hello, everyone! Today is my second day posting here. Today's schedule hasn't allowed me to continue with my training routine, but I've tried to stay active throughout the day so as not to lose yesterday's momentum.

Since early this morning, I've been doing all my activities on foot. Early in the morning, I had to take my son to nursery school, and then I went to work because today I had a recording of one of the programmes I do, as I'm not only an actress but also a television producer. I walked back from work and went to pick up my son from nursery. The nursery is about a 30-minute walk from my house, and my work is in the opposite direction, also about 30 minutes away from my house, so it took me almost an hour to walk from my work to the nursery.

After arriving home with the child, I obviously had to play with him and do the other daily activities related to cleaning and cooking at home. Although it has been a day in which I have not been able to follow my desired routine, it has allowed me to stay active, which is extremely important.
