Room 18
People especially the Cebuanos should anticipate visiting one of Cebu City's newest clubs, the Room 18. This is situated close to SM Cebu City in Mabolo's Roofdeck APM Centrale Mall.
I've been to a variety of pubs and clubs, and Room 18 ought to be on the list every time. I enjoy the music, and the prices of their beverages are comparable to that of certain clubs in Cebu City. If you bring your buddies, it will be more fun.
My overall experience is 9 out of 10.
