Spicy pizza night
Last weekend with friends we decided to have a movie and pizza night, and since I'm a big fan of spicy sauces and chili we decided to make one of them extremely spicy.
The toppings used were
- CaJohns Reaper sling blade (on Carolina Reaper peppers)
- RT(HD)X Moloko (Sauce inspired by "Clockworck Orange" movie on Coconut, Devil's Tongue pepper and Habanero Orange pepper)
- Tabasco Sorpion
- Green Serpent Ajika (extremely spicy herb blend with Naga Morich and Trinidad Douglah peppers)
The result exceeded all expectations and the cheese softened the spiciness perfectly, making the pizza a perfect appetizer for whiskey :)
Subjectively on the Scoville Scale, the pizza came out to 30,000 to 50,000 units because the sauce was unevenly distributed :)
