My eyes,
Masters of deception
Please, oh please, let this be
One big misconception
Silhouettes slithering around the room
Come to life, like a terrible phantasm
Paralyzed by mortal fear
My nerves begin to spasm
Rest would be a welcomed gift
Blackness to make this sight be gone
They're getting closer, I cannot take it
Tonight I will sleep with the light on
