The Owl Haired Selfie Taker: SketchQuest Inspiration

You never know where inspiration will strike right

I’m joining the SketchQuest drawing contest, and the theme is to sketch something that caught your eye, whether you saw it in person or online. For my entry, I was instantly drawn to a guy I saw taking a selfie in real life.

Now, a person taking a selfie isn't exactly a that worthy for an inspiration, but it was his hair that made me take another glance. It was styled in such a spiky way that it genuinely made me think of an owl's ear. Seriously, once I saw the owl, I couldn't unsee it

The whole scene of it like the earnest expression and steady gaze, the chunky glasses, and that amazing, shape of the hair just made me do a quick doodle. I had to capture the moment, and this sketch is the result.

Like I said inspiration can come from anywhere just keep your eyes open
