A Very Different & Simple Dessert

While in Strasberg, Pennsylvania, if you haven't enjoyed some food and fellowship at the Agapē Café & Grille, you don't know what you're missing. While the menu is chock full of interesting delights, it was the dessert that really impressed me. And it was a very simple offering, as well.

I had the Classic Affogato, which is a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of espresso. There is a drizzle of caramel sauce on the bottom of the plate. I did feel like a fool because when I went to dump my espresso over the ice cream it went all over the place. I like to think this happened because It appeared to be more than one scoop in my dish. Luckily, I did get a good amount of espresso on my ice cream. I never thought anything so simple could taste so good!
