A Surprisingly Good Drink

While visiting the Brownstone Pancake Factory in Brick, New Jersey, they had a beverage on their menu listed as an Italian Soda. I was curious, so I chose the Vanilla flavored one. Well, it was not only refreshing, especially for a 90 degree day, but it was also delicious. It is only missing one ingredient from what we New Yorkers call an egg cream. This soda is just seltzer and vanilla syrup. Who knew something that simple could taste so good!
