When the floor
gives way
free falling
whipping past
those who
watch you
fall
Are those
smiles or
blurry frowns
looks of joy
or sorrow
Either way
no one lends
a hand
for fear of being
dragged down
with you
So you fall
alone
watching those
who watch you
wondering
what you must
have done wrong
