Saludos a todos y todas de la comunidad Full Deportes. Les comparto a continuación un video dónde estaré hablando acerca del entrenamiento que realicé con unos amigos en el parque "Las Ballenitas", estuvimos realizando un entrenamiento básico de calistenia y corrigiendo lo que no se debe hacer al momento de su ejecución, en este caso estaremos enfocados a la dominada conocida como "Muscle Up".

I share with you a video where I will be talking about the training I did with some friends in the park ‘Las Ballenitas’, we were doing a basic calisthenics training and correcting what should not be done at the time of execution, in this case we will be focused on the dominated known as ‘Muscle Up’.

Es importante para este tipo de movimiento tener mucho en cuenta que debemos entrenar bastante fuerte con los ejercicios básicos de dominadas, dominadas explosivas y fondos en paralelas o barra fija. Con esto podremos ir avanzando al siguiente nivel e ir obteniendo nuevas técnicas de entrenamiento para mejorar en nuestra fuerza.
