Came for a Coffee, Stayed for the Vibe
Just dropped by Prototype Coffee on Hastings in Vancouver for a quick caffeine fix and ended up hanging around longer than planned. The place has these nice high ceilings, lots of seating, and solid WiFi, so it’s definitely a comfy spot.
Their menu isn’t super long, but it’s got some cool highlights. I tried their Italian vegetarian sandwich, which was really tasty, and a flat white served the proper European way in a small cup.
But the real standout surprise is their variety of waffles—they have about a dozen different kinds, each with different toppings and glazes. I didn’t get to try them this time, but it’s definitely something to come back for. Overall, a really cool spot!
