Weathered
I saw this bird drawing on my feed the other day and I love the weathered scarf on its neck that is my main inspiration for this almost finished bird illustration I made just now. The inspiration reference drawing is almost monochromatic except for the scarf but I want my version to have more colors but weathered. The most challenging part is creating the feathers effect on the face as it may or may not work. The easiest and quickest is getting the silhouette of the bird right the next challenging part are the boots to hard to make the proportions work with the bird. I still that they could be improved but let me post this work in progress bird and let's see if I can further improve it
