New project 👩🏻‍🍳/ Nuevo proyecto 👩🏻‍🍳

On Wednesday I did a job interview to cook at a hotel in the city. The interview was easy, I met right away and that made me feel good. This hotel used to be very prestigious but due to economic reasons it has fallen into disrepair, however it continues to struggle to stay afloat.

I started working yesterday, it's quite a challenge because in addition to dealing with 2 chefs, I just hope to learn a lot from them both to grow as a professional in gastronomy.

My coworkers are nice and are fighting to survive, despite everything they have humor and keep smiling and that's how it should be, smiling despite the grayness of the landscape.

I want to learn more with this experience, I need to improve in cooking, I want to advance and that is why I need to have more practice to be able to evolve as a cook. I know that I will improve, I like to learn.

El miércoles hice una entrevista de trabajo para cocinar en un hotel de la ciudad. Estuvo sencilla la entrevista, quedé en seguida y esoe hizo sentir bien. Este hotel era muy prestigioso pero por cuestiones económicas se ha venido a menos, sin embargo sigue luchando por mantenerse a flote.

Comencé a trabajar ayer, es todo un reto porque además de lidiar con 2 chefs, solo espero aprender mucho de ellos dos pars crecer como profesional en la gastronomía.

Mis compañeros de trabajo son agradables y estan luchando por sobrevivir, a pesar de todo tienen humor y mantienen la sonrisa y así debe ser, sonreir a pesar de lo gris del paisaje.

Quiero aprender más con esta experiencia, necesito mejorar en cocina, quiero avanzar y por eso necesito tener más práctica para poder evolucionar como cocinera. Sé que mejoraré, me gusta aprender.
