These days I had the privilege of attending some evaluations for cooking students in one of the cooking schools in the city, I went as a photographer because I like to support these events and I adore photography. So, despite being busy with my work commitments, I took some time and attended the event.📷

• En estos días tuve el privilegio de asistir a unas evaluaciones a estudiantes de cocina en una de las escuelas de cocina de la ciudad, fui en calidad de fotógrafa porque me gusta apoyar estos eventos y adoro la fotografía. Entonces y a pesar de estar atareada con mis compromisos laborales, saqué un tiempo y asistí al evento.📷

There I met Chef Figueroa, who is the Director of the school, Chef Henriquez, Executive Chef of a famous inn in the state, and Chef Ortiz who works in a very prestigious place in the city. a known coach.🧑🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳

• Allí me encontré con el chef Figueroa, quien es el Director de la escuela, al chef Henriquez, Chef ejecutivo de una famosa posada en el estado y al Chef Ortiz que trabaja en un local muy prestigioso en la ciudad, estos últimos serían jurado además de un coach conocido.🧑🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳

Everything went smoothly and harmoniously, the students were excellent, they did very well, surprisingly they were very poised, very confident in their speeches and that pleased me because as a teacher, one expects young people to believe in themselves and their abilities to explain your likes or passions.🍽️🍴

• Todo transcurrió de forma armónica y fluida, los estudiantes estuvieron excelente, lo hicieron muy bien, sorpresivamente fueron muy aplomados, muy seguros en sus discursos y eso me complació porque como docente, uno espera que los jóvenes crean en si mismo y sus capacidades para explicar sus gustos o pasiones.🍽️🍴

The dishes were magnificent and I was moved to see that despite going through a complicated situation in the country, the replacement generation decided to continue and get up, study, prepare and above all live fully with what they have. I don't know how they do it with so much positive energy and a smile but they do it. I must say that I admire this generation of relief, they are very strong and determined, they do not falter, they have a good mood to face the uncomfortable or the bad. It is very difficult for me and that is why they are my example to follow. I just hope and wish these students all the beauty in life.🥇👏👏👏

• Los platillos quedaron magnificos y me emocionó ver que a pesar de estar atravesando una situación complicada en el país y, la generación de relevo decidió seguir y levantarse, estudiar, prepararse y sobretodo vivir a plenitud con lo que tienen. No sé cómo lo logran con tanta energia positiva y una sonrisa pero lo logran. Debo decir que admiro a esta generación de relevo, son muy fuertes y decididos, no decaen, tienen un buen humor para enfrentar lo incómodo o lo malo. A mi me cuesta mucho y por eso son mi ejemplo a seguir. Solo espero y les deseo a estos estudiantes todo lo bonito de la vida.🥇👏👏👏
