Al terminar de tocar esa canción que habían escrito los tres niños estaban muy feliz por el resultado. Charlie abrazó con fuerza su banjo, Lucas no dejaba de sonreír y Sofía comenzó a llorar de la felicidad, ya que la canción que habían creado con tanto esfuerzo, dudas y esperanza, fue aprobada, además sería la encargada de representar a RisingStar y a todo un pueblo en el Concurso Internacional de Música Juvenil, siendo un momento que quedará para el recuerdo de todos y también era el comienzo de algo grande.

When they finished playing the song the three children had written, they were very happy with the result. Charlie hugged his banjo tightly, Lucas couldn’t stop smiling, and Sofía began to cry with joy, since the song they had created with so much effort, doubt, and hope had been approved; moreover, it would be the song chosen to represent RisingStar and an entire town at the International Youth Music Competition—a moment that would remain in everyone’s memory and also marked the beginning of something great.

Al día siguiente, los tres niños regresaron a las instalaciones de RisingStar para continuar con la organización del viaje, donde todos estaban trabajando en ese nuevo proyecto, Charlie llegó acompañado de su abuelo, Lucas seguía sonriendo y Sofía estaba un poco nerviosa, ya que no sabía lo que podía pasar. Minutos después los tres niños pasaron a la sala principal junto a uno de los directivos de RisingStar, quien de inmediato le entregó unos sobres y dijo —Hoy queremos entregarles algo que representa mucho más que un simple viaje—

Los tres niños estaban confundidos y por eso uno por uno fueron abriendo los sobres, Charlie al abrir el suyo y, al ver los boletos de avión con su nombre, quedó completamente inmóvil, Lucas también tenía un pasaje y Sofía comenzó a llorar, ya que era los pasajes oficiales para viajar al Concurso Internacional de Música Juvenil. Los tres niños se abrazaron, mientras que el equipo de risignstar aplaudía y en sé mismo momento el abuelo de Charlie comentó —En sus manos tienes los pasajes, puesto que nunca dejaron de creer en ustedes— esas palabras fueron de gran motivación para todos los que estaban allí en ese sala.

The next day, the three children returned to the RisingStar facilities to continue planning the trip. Everyone there was working on this new project. Charlie arrived with his grandfather; Lucas was still smiling; and Sofía was a little nervous, since she didn’t know what might happen. A few minutes later, the three children went into the main room with one of RisingStar’s executives, who immediately handed them some envelopes and said, “Today we want to give you something that represents much more than just a trip.”

The three children were confused, so one by one they opened the envelopes. When Charlie opened his and saw the plane tickets with his name on them, he froze completely. Lucas also had a ticket, and Sofía began to cry, as these were the official tickets to travel to the International Youth Music Competition. The three children hugged each other, while the RisingStar team applauded. At that very moment, Charlie’s grandfather remarked, “You now hold the tickets in your hands, because they never stopped believing in you.” Those words were a great source of motivation for everyone present in that room.

Charlie simply took a breath, Lucas looked at the ticket, and Sofía gazed out the window—it wasn’t an easy decision. The three of them looked at each other, and all that remained was to answer one question that would change their lives forever: Would they have the courage to board that plane and represent an entire town before the whole world?
