The Victor

Pull your sword out its sheath,
I will not wrestle and unharmed man.
I know your weapon, i've seen it many times.
It is the now blunt knife of my past
which you readily point at me.

I am past that now and am ready to face that which you still feel will bring me shame.
I did them in ignorance and now I know better,
Now I am better.

Unsheathe your sword my friend, let me face you one last time
