Don't Reminisce

Lost in the haze of dust and old memories that I despised
I thought maybe you never loved me
Nevertheless, I never deserved
thee
The love that you adored me with and words I hurt you with
I wished I could take them on my skin
It was too late even to think and to begin
Unsolved puzzles are just a death note
Because I would want to mend you and would end up loosing my soul
Maybe I already did.
And I dont let myself reminisce.

I now understand why shooting stars are loved
And that's because they fulfill wishes But why don't my wishes come to pass?
Or did I forget to wish for myself?
I guess maybe I didn't remember to wish for myself
Since I was busy asking God to fulfil your every wish.
But now I don't even reminisce.
