My Interval Cardio Workout💪

This was truly a challenge!!!
A major benefit of high-intensity cardio is that you can burn more fat in a shorter amount of time and minimize catabolism. Trust me, after 15 minutes you’ll be in a heavy sweat, and your heart rate will be at a great level to burn increased calories throughout the day.
This is how I lost 50lbs for 1 years, so don't waste your time and do cardio!
