The easy scenario here is cold water inside a kettle that is placed on fire. It is just a matter of time before you will see what earlier calm start bubbling inside the kettle. The abnormality will even cause noise.

Someone claims to be a Christian but had never for once preached to someone. When evangelism (outreaches especially) are discussed, you will be very surprised by the members turnover. Why should someone be ashamed of sharing his faith publicly; they lack fire. I was there once but now I am looking for every available opportunity to throw out the word. All my social media handles are now talking about Jesus! Jesus!! Jesus!!!.

There is one character about fire: it doesn't like negotiating. Ok, we will be talking about faith in this article. Have you had such experiences before? At some point there was an urge in you to get involved in church activities. Maybe we can talk about praying, fasting, bible study and any other consecration you were keeping.

What happened later? It has been one of those heartbreaking stories we do hear; ‘I used to be hot for God’. Brother, sister, what happened?. You lost vibes, it doesn't make sense at all anymore, there are a lot of things in your table to catch up.

The worries and pride of life is one big trap to start. Maybe I should start off this way; be careful when setting priorities. Any open door for Satan and his cohort to inflict damage, they won't hesitate to. Many backsliding believers find themselves in a position worse than when they came.

You can get stock in a wrong marriage decision, wrong financial decision, wrong lifestyle and worse if they never had the chance of getting back to the fold before death catches up.

So how do you get back on the right track? You know I never really had that indepth knowledge as to why Jesus was to, is and is still baptizing with fire. Fire has the ability to conform, fire has the ability to reshape. YOU NEED FIRE 🔥.

When you are down, start raising prayers attributed to spiritual fire. Raise praises attributed to spiritual fire. Don't bother about human effort, you need help from above at this point. ‘It takes prayer to recover prayer or prayer life’—dani-EL. ‘Lord please fire me up. Lord, re-fire Me'.

In short, while you are still aligning with God, continue to press for more fire. Let fire continue to keep out all the worries, the distractions, the depression and excuses the world or a current situation wants to bring.

To conclude, let me add, It is fire that will cause you to bounce back. Don't just fold your hands and imagine things falling in line. As I earlier said, it takes prayer to recover. Call Jesus, call the Holy Spirit and ask for a fire invasion. No man in his normal senses can serve God: the antidote is the Holy Spirit and fire that keeps cracking and crackling in your bones to do his will.
