Real Life Pokemon

Hi, this is my second Real Life Pokemon post.

Hope you like the first one. The information here is quoted from Pokemon.com.

Charmander

This dinosaur-like Pokémon is inspired by the Andrias davidianus, better known as the Chinese Giant Salamander. It seems its creator considered that, according to alchemy, salamanders are considered elementals of the fire element, which is why they used the Andrias davidianus as a base and added that small flame on Charmander's tail.

If you want to catch a Charmander or are going into a battle against another trainer, you should bring a Water, Ground, or Rock-type Pokémon to gain an advantage.

It has two evolutions called Charmeleon and Charizard.

Polywrath

Its name comes from the words Polliwog (tadpole in old slang) and wrath. It is the final stage of evolution from Poliwag (initial) and Poliwhirl (mid-stage).

Unlike its two previous stages, Polywrath is physically strong and is found in strong currents. It has tough skin and well-developed musculature.

The animal it is inspired by is the purple frog of India, one of the most robust frogs I have ever seen. This frog spends its entire life underground and only emerges once a year during the monsoons for reproductive purposes.
