Ingredients

🥛 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
🌾 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
🥚 1 egg, whisked, or approximately 1-2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing
🧂 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt, for sprinkling on top
🥑 Avocado Oil Spray


Instructions

1- Mixing the Dough:

  • In a large mixing bowl with a blue rim, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of Ballerina Farm All-Purpose Flour.
  • Use a red silicone spatula to mix until a cohesive dough forms.

2- Preparing the Work Surface:

  • Lightly dust a clean work surface with flour.
  • This will prevent the dough from sticking as you shape your pretzels.

3- Shaping the Pretzels:

  • Transfer portions of the dough onto the floured surface.
  • Roll each portion into a long rope.
  • Form each rope into the classic pretzel shape by making a U-shape, crossing the ends twice, and then folding them down onto the bottom curve of the U.

4- Preparing for Baking:

  • Place the formed pretzels onto a dark-colored baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
