Ingredients
🥄 1 cup flax seeds
💧 1 cup hot water
🧂 Flaky salt
🎃 1 cup pumpkin seeds
🌻 1 cup sunflower seeds
🥑 1-2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2- Mixing Flax Seeds:
- In a metal mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flax seeds with 1 cup of hot water.
- Stir with a green silicone spatula until the mixture adopts a gloopy, egg-white-like consistency.
3- Seasoning:
- Season the flax mixture with flaky salt, then stir well.
4- Adding Seeds:
- Add 1 cup of pumpkin seeds and 1 cup of sunflower seeds to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until all the seeds are fully combined with the flaxseed binder.
5- Preparing the Baking Sheet:

6- Layering Parchment Paper:

- Transfer the mixed seeds onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Use the back of the silicone spatula or a flat object to spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
8- Finishing Touches:
- Drizzle another light layer of avocado oil over the top of the spread mixture and brush lightly for extra crispness.
- Sprinkle additional flaky salt over the top.
9- Baking:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the cracker sheet is golden brown.
10- Cooling:
- Remove from the oven and carefully slide the parchment paper with the baked cracker onto a metal cooling rack.
