Sign in with ''Email'' and ''Group chat'' feature should be added in Chatkit app...

Components

Chatkit is an open source chat application. And chatkit an app designed as a place for chatting and it's easy to use and comfortable communicating with people around.

Proposal

I propose that this great features should be added to Chatkit application to make it more user friendly.

1. Users should be able to sign up with Email..
2. Addition of Group-chat on chatkit

1. This is how the user interface will look like with the Email login..
   

2. The developers should add a drop down menu bar which a user can click and the options will come out. (See picture to understand more)

After click on the menu, the drop down menu will pop up for you to click on new group (see picture)

Choose the contacts you want to add to the group chat..(see picture)

After selecting the contacts, you choose the group name (see picture)

After choosing the group name you click on the sign shown on the picture, then you're done..

Benefits

1. Adding this feature will give the users an opportunity to meet with more than one user at a time. This will also promote social-gatherings like meetings or meet-ups. with this It will add more life to the application, making Chatkit more friendly.

2. Signing up with Email will benefit the users as it will help them log in with their Email which may also be used as their username and make other users identify themselves through the names. It can also be used as a medium where users can save their chats direct to their mail.
