First time at the gym
Summer is getting closer and closer, so I decided to sign up at a gym. Because this was my first time, I asked an employee there to show me how to do this weird exercise. His explanation was so fast, that it got me confused even more. After that, he told me to just try it out a bit and that he will be right back. So that's what I did.
