What to do?

Hello everyone, I am cryptopacman, I am relatively new on the Leo/Hive platform but not new at all to crypto blogging. I stumbled upon this platform in my bid to expand my crypto earnings and it hasn't been an easy ride at all. I will say I am still trying to figure out how a lot of things work, powering up, powering down, curating and all that.
Although I have kind of got a grasp on powering up and down but I am yet to understand some other things that I deem important and necessary to make me succeed here.
When I started posting here, you know trying to get familiar with the platform, I think I made some mistakes unknowingly. I would post on Leofinance.io and cross-post the same article on Hive.blog because I felt they were too different platforms and I wasn't doing anything wrong. But I realised I was getting warning notifications from Hivewatchers about plagiarism and how my account might be placed on a ban.
I got such a message about twice then I noticed that my subsequent articles were no longer generating any rewards, I mean they were flat at $0.00 with just 3 views only, whereas my previous articles had attracted hundreds of views.
Then the last article I posted, I saw some typos after I had already posted the article, so I went back and edited, maybe twice. Then I noticed that an account @spaminator keeps downvoting everything I write, even the comments I post under other people's articles.

I don't really know what the hell is going on and I would appreciate it if anyone could, please tell me how to rectify these niggling inconveniences so I could start posting and earning again.
