Mainstream Media Agenda

The problem with the mainstream news sites is that they just print what they're told. They are there to promote the agenda. But if you just want to know about stock buybacks or what congress is up to, they're fine.
Zerohedge is outside of the main and has good deep dives you won't see elsewhere.
There are others that I read but they are pretty far off the main track for most people.
But its pretty hard to find ad-free content. I mean, somebody has to pay the bills!
