Bihun Fried with Celery
You must already know with "bihun", of noodles originating from China. Bihun is derived from the Chinese language is: "Bi" means rice and "hun" means flour. in English called rice vermicelli.
This time I present a recipe Bihun fried with celery.
Spices
- Oyster sauce
- Chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Salty soy sauce
- Black pepper powder
How to cultivate it:
- Boil the rice vermicelli and give a little cooking oil, so that the results of vermicelli is soft and does not clot, boiled enough 3 minutes, then drain and cut short so that makes it easy when eating.
- 1 carrot cut into pieces
- 1 tomato cut into small pieces
- 2 stalks celery oblique slices
- 7 red onion thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
- 1 small bowl of chopped chicken, give a little soy sauce or salt and give 1 tablespoon cornstarch, then stir well.
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then enter the celery, tomatoes and carrots, and cook until half cooked.
*Enter the vermicelli and mix together ingredients that have been cooked, then enter the seasoning into it, then stir well. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat so that the flavors to infuse into it.
It's ready for serving
