Appel Cake
Ingredients
50 grams Appel, sliced
100 grams Butter
100 grams Sugar
4 Eggs
200 grams Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
100 ml Sour Cream
50 grams Raisins
2 tablespoon Refined Sugar
Making Steps
Boil water with appel and sugar till caramelize, set aside.
Beat the butter and Sugar till soft , add in eggs one by one until fluffy and shine, low the speed and insert the flour, cinnamon, raisins and sour cream.
Prepare 20 cm baking pan that already grease and lined baker paper, pour the dough and cover it with appel sliced.
Bake in 180C degree about 30 minutes till done.
When cold enough, sprikle with refined sugar and cinnamon powder.
Slice and ready to serve...
